The Tuk Tuk Race took place entirely within a private, fenced-off area, specially designed to ensure maximum safety and a lot of fun.

The First Edition Winners
When the dust settled and the engines fell silent, one name echoed across Koh Rong: Mr. Chen. With a masterful time of 2:19.22, he claimed the crown of the very first Tuk Tuk Koh Rong Race and took home the $300 grand prize. Hot on his heels, Mr. Hay crossed the finish line at 2:34.17 to secure a well-deserved second place, while Mr. Lalalu rounded out the podium at 2:35.03. But the celebration didn't end there. The crowd went wild as Mr. Sen Sui swept both the Best Decorated Tuk Tuk and Funniest Driver Costume awards, and Mr. Dara captured the hearts of the public to win the People's Favorite Driver title. Each special category winner received $50 and a gleaming gold medal, cheered on by the entire island community.
The Circuit
An Unprecedented Adventure
Between wild jungle, white beaches, and mangrove tunnels, the race represented a true expression of the island. Drivers entered the track one at a time, navigating a narrow, technical course designed to emphasize precision and concentration, not speed.
The exact location of the route remained secret until the last moment but we were hosted in the fantastic location of Kerfuffle Bay.
Free Practice
A Taste of Madness
The day before the race, all participants got the chance to familiarize themselves with the course during free practice runs. It was a! unique opportunity to feel the sand shifting beneath the wheels, uncover hidden obstacles and soak up the electrifying pre-race atmosphere.
Every lap was only a teaser of what was to come.
No Tuk Tuk? No Problem!
Step Into the Driver's Seat
The lack of a tuk tuk didn't stop anyone's dream! For those who didn't have their own three-wheeled beast, we had them covered: for a symbolic fee, they could hop in and join one of our teams. They still felt the adrenaline of the race, the thrill of the crowd, and the pride of crossing the finish line.
The Tuk Tuk Koh Rong Race was for everyone — all you needed was the courage to take the wheel!

Test Your Skills
In this race, speed alone wouldn't win: the track was patrolled by referees ready to flag every mistake. Cutting corners, touching the edges or leaving the course boundaries meant costly penalties. For that edition our exceptional judges were the students of class 14G of Preak Svay school and their sport teacher!
Victory belonged to those who could balance speed and race intelligence.
